What types of sinks and faucets do you offer?
A wide variety of stainless, porcelain, fireclay and silgranite. Ranging from Kitchen/Bar sinks to vanity sinks.
Do you offer customization options for sinks and faucets?
We do have a wide variety of sizes and styles and our Blanco line does also have 7 different color options along with all the different models.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
What are your shipping options and costs?
We do have a shipping layout at the very back of our catalog.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
If order is placed by 3pm PST we can ship out same day. If after 3pm it will ship the very next day.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not, we ship can only ship within the US.
How can I track my order?
All tracking numbers are attached the invoice and emailed over at the end of each day.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please call or email us so we can follow the steps to filing a damaged claim and shipping a replacement. If items are missing, please call or email and we can contact our logistics team to track down shipment.

How do I place an order?

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimums. You can order 1 sink or 100.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, online payment links or Wire
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it is before 3pm or even after it ships. If you cancel, after it ships you would have to return the package to us. but there will be extra fees.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do, our sales reps can help with any special pricing or bulk item discounts.
Returns and Exchanges
Below are some common questions about our return & exchange policy.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As long as item is not installed or used and in original packing we can accept a return or exchange.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please call or email us and we can email you an RGA form for the return.
Are there any restocking fees for returned items?
If you want to keep your credit on file for future purchase there is no fee. But if you want the amount put back to the original payment, there is a 7% restocking fee.
How long does it take to process a refund?
If you are getting a straight credit, it will be done/emailed as soon as the item is returned. If you are getting a refund, it does take 2-3 business days to show back up in the account.
Can I return custom or special-order items?
Yes, you can return special order items, but those vendors do charge higher restocking fees. Huntington Brass and Blanco charge about a 25% restocking fee.

How do I install your sinks and faucets?
This would have to be up to the contractor/fabricator
Do you provide installation services or recommendations for installers?
We do not because there are different ways some contractors will install versus others.
Are your sinks and faucets compatible with all plumbing systems?
Yes, all of our sinks/faucets should work with standard plumbing systems.
What is the warranty on your products?
We have limited lifetime and limited 10-year warranty. This does not include just standard wear and tear or damaged due to installation.
How do I care for and maintain my sink and faucet?
We always suggest a great cleaner, the most common is Bar Keepers friend that works for all of our sinks and faucets.
Technical Support
We are here to help if you have any technical concerns.
What should I do if my sink or faucet has a defect?
If there is a defect, please call or email us ASAP so we can trouble shoot the problem and get a replacement.
Are replacement parts available for your products?
We do for our faucets, we usually contact Huntington Brass or Blanco and they will get replacement parts sent out.
Who can I contact if I have issues with my sink or faucet?
You can contact us and we can try and help or troubleshoot and also the person who installed the item for you.
Do you offer technical support for installation and maintenance?
We do not since we are just the supplier.
